Mr. Divy Khatri, a native of Pithoragarh, completed his B.Tech in Architecture from Amity University, Noida, one of the leading architecture institutions in the country. With a strong family background and the world of opportunity awaiting him in Delhi NCR, few would have expected his next move - returning home.

This project, which introduced a structured and space-optimized solution to the town’s long-standing parking issues, has been praised for its efficient design and practical urban planning. Recently, Mr. Divy Khatri once again made headlines for his architectural work on YouTuber Anshu Bisht’s (popularly known as GamerFleet) residence in Haldwani.
